PhotoVideo EDU and Sigma Photography Event – March  24-25, 2015

REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CAMERA!

Tues., March 24, 10am – 5pm and Wed., March 25 10am – 4pm.

Prizes will be awarded at 6pm Wed March 25 in room 1772.

Sigma Contest
The Judging –
PhotoVideoEDU, Sigma, B&C Camera and CSN faculty will do the judging. This will take place at the end of event Wednesday. We anticipate starting around 4:15pm so that we will have prize decisions for the awards ceremony in room 1772 starting at 6pm.

Grand Prize:
Best Of Show – Sigma 50mm f/1.4 ART lens valued at $949
1st Place:
People/Portraits – choice of PhotoVideoEDU prize, see poster for list
Architecture - choice of PhotoVideoEDU prize, see poster for list
Macro - choice of PhotoVideoEDU prize, see poster for list
Experimental/Creative - choice of PhotoVideoEDU prize, see poster for list
Product/Still Life - choice of PhotoVideoEDU prize, see poster for list
Nature/Plant/Wildlife - choice of PhotoVideoEDU prize, see poster for list
2nd Place:
same categories as above, a $25 gift card from B&C Camera

Rules
Must be a currently enrolled student at CSN (winning students will be verified).
Must leave a CSN ID when checking out any equipment (cameras, lenses, etc.)
Must return the equipment within the specified time frame (approx. 40min.)
Must shoot in JPEG mode ONLY in camera.
No external editing of the image, image is judged as is coming from the camera.
May only submit 1 image per category.

File naming upon downloading will be:
Category + last name + first name + student ID number
